In Deokyang Energen Corp's Seosan Plant the newest purifier is equipped, and it is available to produce gas for semiconductor, purity of 99.9999%(6N) Particle 0.1 , such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, and helium. The newest purifier is getter type which fits perfect for future semiconductor gases. Especially, purifier in Seosan plant runs at high pressure (200 bar) so that it directly charges at compressor. Moreover, it prevents the occurrence of impurity. To charge high purity gas, cylinder usually treated by vacuums treatment at vacuum density of 10-2 Torr, but we keep the vacuum level at 10-6 ~ 10-9 Torr enabling the perfect treatment so that we guarantee the purity.
